1. How much does your service cost?

Ebix BPO charges a flat rate for its services. The cost is based on a number of variables that we use to determine price.  Simply request an information package from us and a Ebix BPO representative will contact you.  We can establish a basic price for your unique needs at that time.

2. We presently track certificates internally. What is the advantage to outsourcing?

In today's litigious society, it is vital for a Risk Manager to have a comprehensive means of tracking certificates.  Very few companies that tackle this type of project will do it with the same amount of thouroughness and aggressive follow-up that a service such as ours provides.  Most businesses simply don't have the systems, time, or the manpower.  Those that do have such a system will often find that they are spending a great deal of money in order to do it, more than the service would cost.  Even then, they will rarely have the reporting capacity and other information readily available to them that Ebix BPO's service will provide.

3. What do I need to do to get started?

First we gather information on all the business partners you would like to track. We provide you with templates that will allow you to provide this easily. Once we have this information we work with you to create the profiles that will represent the requirements you are placing on these business partners. That's all there is to it. Once those tasks are completed, Ebix BPO will begin our implementation and account set up process that will dictate how the system and service process will operate for your specific needs.

4. What happens to the hard copies of my certificates?

Our standard practice is to store them at our facility for one year, at which point we either have them shredded or we can ship them back to you for long term storage. All of your certificates are available online 24/7 for as long as you are a Ebix BPO customer. We also will provide you with an annual CD-ROM that contains all of the certificates for the year. You will always have the certificates that you need. What you won't have is a huge file cabinet full of certificates to search through when you need one.

5. What happens to my certificates if I decide not to use your service anymore?

Obviously Ebix BPO doesn't like to lose any of our clients. We have an incredible retention rate and several clients have come to us from our competitors. However, sometimes budget constraints or other unforeseen issues make this event a possibility. Ebix BPO is very careful with your data and contractually agrees to return your data in a Microsoft compatible format (when possible in the same format we received it) as well as an indexed CD-ROM of all certificates on the system.
